Warranty

Playmansion.nl guarantees the quality of the products and materials we offer online. The date on the invoice applies as the date for the guarantee.

There can be no claim under the warranty:

  • In case of damage by intent or through negligence
  • If damaged by misuse or improper maintenance
  • In normal wear and tear

In a baseless complaint the costs are for your account.

If an item is defective, you can contact our customer service (within 7 days after discovery of the defect). Mention:

  • The order number
  • Name / product number
  • Detailed description of the defect / malfunction
  • Your daytime phone number
  • If in damage also send a photo, so we can get in touch with the supplier


Send your email to info@playmansion.nl. We will try as soon as possible to process your report in order to reach a solution.


Article damaged / broken when received

If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, we would request you to contact us immediately after receiving our customer service (at the latest within 7 days of receipt of the article) Mention:

  • The order number
  • Name / product number
  • Description of the defect
  • Daytime phone number where you are achieving
  • If in damage also send a photo, so we can get in contact with the carrier or retailer
