Can I track my order?
Yes, we will keep you fully informed of the status of your order. We supply at different times updates via email:
- The moment you place your order you will receive an order confirmation
- If your order is paid
- If your order is shipped (track & trace code)
The track trace information PostNL is always sent to the email address that you have placed your order. The information on the package shipping may be delayed for several hours. Have you received my order?
Have you placed an order and paid? Then you get within 1 hour an email with your order confirmation + an email with confirmation of your payment. Also check always your spam box. No confirmation mail? Please contact our customer service.
Can I change my order / cancel?
No, after you have paid, this is no longer possible. All orders are sent directly to the warehouse for processing. Go through the ordering process and therefore carefully check your order and contact details are correct. Do you want to cancel your order, but the order has been placed and paid for? Reject then your package upon receipt. The package will be sent free of charge return to us. Your payment is in the magazine returned to you within 7 days after receiving the package. This happens to the bank with which the order is paid.

How can I order?
On the relevant product page the number of articles and then click the 'Add to Cart'. You will be redirected to your cart or select right your cart. Here you can choose to shop still further or add a discount code. To proceed with your order click on finishing order. Follow the steps that follow and fill in the required details.
Before rounding your order, please check still beat a good time or all the data, so you do not order unnecessary delayed. At the end of the ordering process, you have the ability to check your order and your address if necessary to adjust. After you pay this is no longer possible and the order final.
My payment failed, now what?
Not sure whether the payment was successful? Please contact our customer service. We can verify that the payment is received. If necessary, we will send you a mail with a new link to make payment or we cancel the order so you can re-order.
